How it works
We place a probe in the form of software on one of your systems or we place a system of our own on your network with the probe installed. Within 24 hours we have a “Pro-Active” report on your network devices and the status of each device. If a device were to fail, we would be alerted and appropriate action is taken depending on the level of service that is contracted.
Three Levels Of Service To Choose from
Basic
Our Basic program is our entry level program, designed to monitor and report on the critical health status of our customers’ key network devices and applications, such as email application or file server, or their internet connection. There is no proactive element to this program.
Proactive
Our Proactive program has all the same benefits as our basic and is designed to minimize downtime by providing a real-time response model to the service so that as an issue arises, our technicians immediately assess the situation and takes steps to remedy the issue.
Premier
Our Premier program is a lease program where equipment is owned and maintained by Central Plains Computer Service Inc. and we take total care of our own equipment. It is a lease type program where you do not have to worry about the cost of replacing any equipment that fails.
We monitor everything on your network infrastructure from hard drive activity leading to otherwise imminent system failure to the ink and toner levels of your printers. Once we are alerted of the issue, we assess the information and take appropriate action such as rushing to back up any data on a failing system to simply getting the ink/toner cartridges on order. Our system utilizes state of the art monitoring and alerting technology that keeps us informed and remote technologies that allows us to fix minor issues without ever having to dispatch a technician.

Basic

It instead focuses on expediting mean time to resolution and identifying support needs that would otherwise go unnoticed. These issues will alert us via email and/or sms text messaging to our phones which one of our techs monitor around the clock.

Proactive
Our Proactive program has all the same benefits as our basic and is designed to minimize downtime by providing a real-time response model to the service. When an issue arises on the network, one of our technicians will immediately assess the situation and either remotely remedies the issue or escalate the issue to a field technician who can respond accordingly thus minimizing the effects felt by downtime in your business.
As with our basic plan, any issues on the network will also be alerted via email or sms text messaging to one of our techs. However, this level of service ensures that a technician is immediately notified of the situation and begins to take necessary action toward a solution.

We will monitor the network and ensure optimal performance on the entire network infrastructure at all times. This program is subject to credit approval. Central Plains Computer Service Inc. can custom design a network for you.
